Greater consideration given to properties located in developing and transforming neighborhoods, high traffic and superior retail corridors and locations with close proximity to mass transit and public transportation. Acquisitions focus on properties with lease rollover, strategic vacancies, reposition and redevelopment potential.
Locations:
New York City (All Boroughs), Westchester County, Nassau County and New Jersey (within a 100 mile radius of New York City).
Asset Type:
Retail/Commercial Condominiums, Mixed-Use with Retail component, Shopping Centers, Strip Centers, Retail Buildings, Taxpayers and Net Leased properties.
Transaction Size:
$1,000,000 + (No maximum)
